Istria
is unique and specific European teritory through which the Central
Europe descended to the warm sea; or the other way arround the Adriatic
Sea has cut ist way around Istria into the Central Europe, embracing
the Istrian peninsula from two sides. From the north-east, a mountain
ridge flows - Ćićaria ; in the east, Učka mountain is rising preventing
the cold winds from entering the inner parts.

Istrian people love to talk and sing. Since the times immemorial, the
guests known and unknown, were wellcommed with bread and wine. The
bread for life, and the wine for joy. Bread and wine are the symbols of
what our land provides us: life and joy of life. This is Istria. It
should be experianced that way!
